Welcome to Why?Recycle.  This site was produced as an assignment for GEOL 2021 Geology of Earth Resources.  The assignment goal was to educate an audience on an environmental/earth resource related issue.  I have chosen the venue of a website to educate the general public on the subject of recycling, reduction and reuse of goods.

To produce my website I used Macromedia 8 which is a website building program.  The files are then upload onto Tripods server.  The hosting of the webpage is provided at no charge.  In lieu of fees, the pop up advertising will be present throughout the site

Learning the Macromedia software to construct the site was tedious and required many hours of preparation time.   Should future projects necessitate this form of venue, I would elect to use online website software.

While this site may be rudimentary in scope for some advanced 'green thinkers' or students of envirnmental studies,  I am hopeful the general public will find it educational and useful in the understanding of recycling, reduction and reuse of goods.
